Mattie’s Summer School puppy raiser, Katie, has taken Mattie on her first road trip to the beach! This team has bonded very quickly and Katie is doing a great job working with Mattie’s high energy, she is even taking Mattie to work! This kind of dedication is exactly what Mattie needs at this stage in her training. Thank you, Katie for your hard work with her. We hope you two have fun!!

Good vibes, prayers, and fingers crossed today for

Good vibes, prayers, and fingers crossed today for Rosie. She is spending the night at the UF Small Animal Hospital and will undergo a procedure tomorrow to hopefully solve a bladder issue. She was born with this issue and we hoped she would outgrow it. Her condition has improved a lot since her puppyhood, we are hopeful the amazing vets at UF will be able to solve it completely so she can place as a service dog. Good news is that the issue is in no way life threatening and Rosie is a strong girl.

We will keep everyone posted as we know more.

Another great training session for Service Dog Sum

Another great training session for Service Dog Summer School! We worked on stairs and elevators at the @worldequestriancenter in Ocala. This training session is part of our training for the veterans who receive our dogs, so it was fun to see the younger dogs trying it. Everyone worked hard and did a great job! Thank you all for coming out and working with us. We are loving this Summer School Team.

Richie and his Service Dog Summer School puppy raiser, Erin, have been working hard on his long-stays and it is definitely paying off!! Richie held his sit-stay from the other side of the pool and was able to stay focused on Erin at the park with ducks and other distractions around 👏👏! Nice work!

Richie is growing up and maturing so much this summer. Many thanks to Erin for working so hard with him.
